First Volunteer Day at Papaloa Bay Community Resource Center

Join us for our first volunteer day to begin clearing philodendron vines from the KCA's new home (officially in escrow!), Papaloa Community Resource Center, across the parking lot from Palapala Ho'omau Church.

Please come prepared with work clothes to protect from sap, gloves, saws, sickles, water, and snacks to share if you feel inspired. 

We will start at 10am and go until around 1pm. This will be the first of many! We plan to discuss the scheduling of future volunteer days when we gather next week to figure out what will work best for everyone. As written in the escrow contract, we have three months to inspect and approve the state of the land, so we hope to finish clearing the vines by mid-July.
